Why we built
RecruitPathIQ.
It didn't start with a business plan. It started in a minivan - between 5am lifts, weekend tournaments three states away, and the long drive home talking about which coaches had gone quiet.
Our daughter was good enough. The film proved it, the numbers proved it. But the recruiting game doesn't reward the best players - it rewards the ones coaches happen to find. We were spending nights copy-pasting the same email to dozens of schools, missing deadlines we didn't know existed, and watching quieter kids get passed over.
So we built the agent we wished we'd had - one that knows every coach, every camp, and every deadline, writes in the athlete's own voice, and makes sure no one gets missed again.
"We couldn't give every kid a recruiter. So we gave them Chilly."
Her name is Payton. She's the reason Chilly exists.
